A chatbot is a virtual assistant that facilitates communication between humans and machines.

Chatbots have already changed communication between companies and customers and will continue to do so…

 

If you are an SME, you may be thinking “let’s wait and see” or “it’s not worth the effort for us as a small company…”?

But no, that’s the wrong attitude. Here are a few ideas as to why it makes sense for you as an SME to start thinking about using digital assistants now:

Unlike humans, who are not available around the clock, a chatbot can be available to you and your target group all day long. It doesn’t need any breaks. It answers your customers’ most important questions with every call or message. If he doesn’t know the answer, he can at least take the question on board and give your customer the feeling that his request is now “in good hands”. And you don’t lose any leads.
