In today’s world of generative AI and advanced reasoning models, the question often arises: How can we gain new, inspiring perspectives on a topic? That’s exactly what today’s Weekly Prompt is all about!
A versatile prompt
Whether a classic GPT model such as ChatGPT or a specialized reasoning model such as OM3mini – this prompt works for both approaches. The aim is to open Pandora’s box and obtain fresh, unexpected approaches. The prompt reads:
“Imagine you can interview the five most famous researchers and greatest thinkers in history. Which thinkers would you choose and why exactly would you request these thinkers?”
You then ask your specific question to see how the selected thinkers would answer it.
Here is the prompt for copying:

I tested this prompt to find out how the topics of generative AI and humanoid robots can be combined in a 20-minute lecture. I used several AI models and noticed some interesting differences.
Results with ChatGPT 4.0
ChatGPT 4.0 has selected the following thinkers:
- Aristotle – as a philosopher of logic and epistemology
- Leonardo da Vinci – for his visionary technical sketches
- Alan Turing – the founder of modern computer science
- Hannah Arendt – with her view of technology and society
- Elon Musk – the current thought leader in AI and robotics
In addition, ChatGPT showed me a way to logically link these thinkers in my talk.
Results with OM3mini (reasoning model)
Interestingly, OM3mini gave a slightly different answer. Some thinkers overlapped, but Elon Musk was not selected. Instead, other relevant personalities were added, and the argumentation as to why exactly these thinkers are suitable was even more differentiated.
Results with Gemini Advanced 2.0 Flash
Gemini also generated an entirely new selection of thinkers, each with reasoned explanations as to why they would offer a particular perspective on my specific question.
Why this prompt is so valuable
This prompt is not only a creative tool for gaining new perspectives, but also an excellent method for finding inspiration. The question of “why” – i.e. why the model chose precisely these thinkers – is particularly exciting. This enables a deeper understanding of the ways of thinking and argumentation structures behind the AI answers.
