VIRTUAL AGENT
GUIDE

The Virtual Agent Guide -

Your complete template for designing and implementing chatbots and voicebots

Our Virtual Agent Guide serves as a template for creating chatbot and voicebot concepts and also supports you throughout the implementation of your Conversational AI use case.

Depending on where you are in your Conversational AI project, you can either start the Virtual Agent Guide at phase 1 or use only individual templates from the guide.

If you start at phase 1, then evaluate the specific need for a bot again and decide which type of chatbot or voicebot makes the most sense for you and your use case.

The bot’s target group is then defined. This is followed by concrete steps for content design and implementation. At the end you will find a clear test plan that you should not forget under any circumstances.

The entire Virtual Agent Guide is available as an interactive and editable PDF document.
