There were once again many new and exciting episodes of Sophie’s Chatbot Talk in 2022. This year, it was no longer just about chatbots, but voicebots were also increasingly discussed.

At the end of the year, here is an overview of the most successful episodes from 2022. 

#1 Chatbots at Huk24

Huk24 is a purely online insurance company. So it makes sense that the insurance company also offers a chatbot on its website that can support customers around the clock. In this episode, you can find out what the text bot can already do and how the team went about developing it.

 

# 2 Interview with Anna Jucikas from ShareNow

Anna Jucikas also looks at the topic of bots from a research perspective and has taken a closer look at when bot users want emotions from chatbots and voicebots and how these emotions should be shown.

 

#3 Learning from Sascha Wolter from DB Systel GmbH

Sascha has been working on the topic of conversational design for years. In this episode, he talks about his experiences with writing chatbot texts and gives listeners three practical and simple tips to copy.

#4 The most important findings from the Conversational Banking Study with Daniel Scheiber from Crealogix
