Before the workshop, we will send you a questionnaire for our preparation. We will ask you about your existing processes, needs and cost drivers. Thanks to this information, we prepare the workshop individually for you.
Generative AI basics: We usually start with a mini crash course on Generative AI, the art of prompting and some important information on data protection, copyright and ethics. If you already know this, we will skip the introductory part and go straight to the Generative AI applications.
Selecting and testing generative AI tools: New generative AI tools come onto the market every day. This makes it difficult to find the right tools for your individual needs. Based on your questionnaire, we have tested a large number of tools for you and selected the most relevant and stable AI tools for you. We will show you the basic functions of all the selected tools and you will have time to test each tool yourself.
Analysis of generative AI tools: At the end of the workshop session, we will evaluate the results and show you how to define the added value for your healthcare organization. You will get to know the most important KPIs for measuring success and can then assess yourself or together with us which AI tools make sense for your practice, hospital or care organization.

Do I have to be a doctor to take part?

No, it is important that you work in the healthcare sector or are interested in it. We are also aimed at medical assistants and other employees.

How long is the workshop?

As a rule, our workshop program lasts half a day. However, if you wish, we can also extend the program to a full day. This depends on your needs and resources.

How many participants are there in the workshop?

The number of participants depends on your business. We usually run these workshops with 3-6 people.

Does my company need so many generative AI tools?

Under no circumstances does your practice need all generative AI tools at once. We’ll show you what’s possible and how you can choose the right tool for you from the many available.

What prior knowledge do I need?

You don’t need any previous knowledge. However, a general understanding of digital topics and tools is an advantage.

Do I have to buy a license for each tool?

No, you don’t have to buy a single license. We have all the licenses for the workshop. We will give you instructions on which licenses you need for the introduction.

What about Generative AI and data protection?

Of course, we will only show you tools that you can use without violating data protection rules. We will give you all the important information on data protection and show you what you need to bear in mind to avoid jeopardizing any laws or ethical standards.

All "just" AI and artificial?

Of course, it’s no secret that I’m fascinated by everything to do with AI, generative AI and chatbots and that I enjoy talking about them. However, it is also important to me to mention the risks and to convey a SENSIBLE approach to AI and chatbots. This also includes understanding when it is better to send a handwritten postcard instead of an AI-generated email.

About us

The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Daniela Suter and Sophie Hundertmark.

After working in industry and agencies, Sophie Hundertmark was one of the first Master's students in Switzerland to conduct research into chatbots. Since 2022, she has been doing her doctorate at the University of Fribourg on the combination of Conversational AI, Fuzzy Logic, Ethics and Large Language Models (LLMs). She also works as a research assistant and lecturer at the Institute of Financial Services Zug at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (IFZ). Sophie Hundertmark has many years of experience as an independent consultant for the strategic support and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and chatbot projects (www.sophiehundertmark.com). She also advises companies on the (ethically) responsible use of Generative AI, ChatGPT and similar AI systems. In this context, she ensures a regular exchange between academia and practice on all topics of AI-driven conversational automation. As Growth Lead and advisory board member, Sophie supports innovative companies such as AlpineAI, eggheads.ai, Joaia and Cloudburst and is on the board of the SwissInsights Association. With her own association Greenwishing.ch, Sophie actively campaigns against greenwashing.

Dr. Daniela Suter is a versatile and dynamic executive with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, communications and scientific research, specializing in the healthcare, science and technology sectors. She brings extensive expertise in the application and management of AI technologies, especially GPT-based models, business development and stakeholder management. Dr. Daniela Suter Founder, COO and Finance Manager of AlpineAI (www.alpineai.swiss), a company that operates SwissGPT - a secure and privacy-compliant GPT assistant from Switzerland. She is also a senior executive at Mindfire, where she leads a collective of outstanding talent aimed at advancing AI for the benefit of humanity.
