Three years ago, Helvetia Switzerland was almost the first insurance company in Switzerland with a chatbot. This has changed considerably in recent years. Meanwhile, bots are no longer a rarity at insurance companies and banks. Insured persons can chat with digital assistants such as Clara, Ada, Sympi or IQ and sometimes receive better and sometimes worse advice.
