The chatbot persona is the basis for convincing chatbot dialogs.
What actually makes a chatbot interesting and exciting? Even the best software cannot make a bot a success with boring content and unnatural sentences. That’s why this workshop is all about creativity: Why are the personality and language of a bot so important and how can you develop and design them? Oliver Oest from the advertising agency Tinkerbelle in Berlin will support us in this workshop: As an expert in communication, he will introduce you to the art of copywriting and help you create your own first successful and “human” chatbot dialog.
