The 2-hour session is primarily aimed at all those who want to use the chatbot channel to answer the most frequently asked questions or to generate leads.
You will get to know the typical use cases of chatbots and learn directly what you need to pay attention to when creating chatbot dialogs – everything for a successful chatbot!
In addition to an introduction to chatbots, you will learn how to use simple chatbot software such as aiaibot to quickly build your own chatbot and integrate it directly into your website or Facebook channel.
After this brief introduction, it’s “hands-on”! You start building your chatbot and I and a team of experts will be at your side.
