In this Weekly Prompt, I’ll show you how you can work more efficiently and successfully with ChatGPT – by asking ChatGPT directly for support! Because ChatGPT can not only answer your questions, but also help you to formulate the best prompts.
Use ChatGPT as a prompt coach
Sometimes it is difficult to create the perfect prompt. But instead of spending a lot of time trying, you can simply ask ChatGPT to improve your request. One example:
Original prompt: I need a blog post on Tiny houses on Lake Maggiore – pros and cons.
Although this prompt is understandable, it is not particularly precise. Therefore you can ask ChatGPT:
“Improve my request to you so that the answer is more precise and helpful.”
ChatGPT will then suggest a more detailed, better structured version of your prompt. Not only will you learn how to formulate better prompts, but you will also receive more precise and relevant answers.
Prompting works in various AI tools
By the way: This method is not only limited to ChatGPT. Most AI chatbots work in a similar way. I tested this approach with DeepSeek, the new AI chatbot from China, for example – with similar results. Other AI models such as Gemini, SwissGPT, Peak Privacy or Perplexity also benefit from good prompts.
