Procedure of a Generative AI Challenge How it works

The Generative AI Challenges are structured in such a way that you learn new skills step by step and can immediately apply what you have learned in your day-to-day work.

Each challenge lasts one month and is divided into weekly mini-tasks that are easy to implement and help you to make rapid progress.

Here is the process in detail:

  • 1. registration and kick-off:
    After registering, you will receive access to all important materials and a brief introduction to the topic of the challenge.
  • 2. weekly mini-tasks:
    Each week you will receive a new task that is easy to complete and builds on the previous week. The tasks are designed in such a way that you can integrate them directly into your daily work routine and see results quickly.
    Example tasks:
    - Week 1: Introduction to the topic and first basics
    - Week 2: Deepening and application to specific tasks
    - Week 3: Expansion and optimization of the new skills
    - Week 4: Conclusion of the challenge and preparation for the transfer to everyday life
  • 3. weekly check-ins and support:
    Once a week there is a short check-in in which we discuss the week's tasks and clarify open questions. Here you can also share your progress and learn from other participants.
  • 4. apply knowledge in the long term and integrate it into everyday life
    The aim of every challenge is for you to integrate the applications and techniques you have learned into your everyday working life in the long term. My instructions and templates will help you to use your new skills not just once, but flexibly and over the long term.
  • Optional - discover further topics:
    After completing the challenge, you have the opportunity to register for a new topic and thus gradually get to know further areas of AI application.

What you should bring with you

Taking part in the Generative AI Challenges is easy and requires only minimal prior knowledge.

All you need is an open mindset and the motivation to try out AI in your day-to-day work. Here are the exact requirements:

  • No programming knowledge required:
    The challenges are designed in such a way that they are easy to understand and implement even without technical knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools:
    It helps if you have used an AI tool before, but is not a prerequisite. We start with the basics and introduce you to the application step by step.
  • A computer and internet access:
    All you need is a computer or laptop with internet access, as most of the tasks are browser-based and do not require any special programs.
  • Time investment of approx. 1-2 hours per week:
    Each challenge is divided into weekly mini-tasks that can be completed in about 1-2 hours per week. This allows you to apply what you have learned directly without having to restructure your everyday life.
