After working in international industrial companies such as Bosch and in agencies, Sophie Hundertmark was one of the first Master’s students in Switzerland to research chatbots. Since 2022, she has been doing her doctorate at the University of Fribourg on the combination of Conversational AI, Fuzzy Logic, Ethics and Large Language Models (LLMs). She also works as a research assistant and lecturer at the Institute of Financial Services Zug at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (IFZ). Sophie Hundertmark has many years of experience as an independent consultant for the strategic support and implementation of AI and chatbot projects. She also advises companies on the (ethically) responsible use of Generative AI, ChatGPT and similar AI systems. In this context, it ensures a regular exchange between academia and practice on all topics related to AI-driven conversational automation.

As part of the board of directors or advisory board, Sophie accompanies innovative companies such as AlpineAI, eggheads.ai, Joaia and Cloudburst and is on the board of the SwissInsights Association.
