Generative AI, ChatGPT, GPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs) have led to many discussions, ideas and questions in recent months. Many companies have already understood that they cannot completely ignore the issue.
But where to start? What do you need to consider when using Generative AI and tools such as ChatGPT and how can you use it sensibly and specifically for your company?
How about a short and clear impulse presentation on Generative AI and ChatGPT in your organization? The presentation is individually tailored to your needs and your company. Possible contents are as follows:
I have been working with chatbots and AI since the start of my Master’s degree (2015). By the end of 2022, the field had changed enormously again and hardly a day goes by without me working with ChatGPT or similar AI tools and trying out new possibilities. It is particularly important to me to strengthen the community and knowledge about chatbots, AI and ChatGPT. I am happy to pass on my experience and learn from the experiences of other experts.
Of course, it’s no secret that I’m fascinated by everything to do with AI, generative AI and chatbots and that I enjoy talking about them. However, it is also important to me to mention the risks and to convey a SENSIBLE approach to AI and chatbots. This also includes understanding when it is better to send a handwritten postcard instead of an AI-generated email. This article from Arte.
You can also find out more about AI and mindfulness as well as responsibility in my all-round offer AI with foresight.
It is also particularly important to me that children, and therefore parents and families, learn how to use ChatGPT and AI carefully and correctly. That’s why I always offer events, workshops and talks for families and have also published my book “Hey AI” aimed specifically at families.
On May 15, 2023, I was able to give a short Swiss Federal Council with a brief input on ChatGPT to the Swiss Federal Council. The topics of AI, transparency, ethics and possible applications were then discussed together with the management.
I have given other presentations on ChatGPT at Sparkassen Finanzgruppe, Suva and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, for example.
Yes, Sophie does both. It offers specific talks on ChatGPT as well as broader keynotes on generative AI. It shows how companies can use AI responsibly and which developments will be particularly relevant in the coming years.
Yes, Sophie makes her presentations in such a way that they are understandable for all target groups – whether management, HR, marketing or the wider workforce. She explains complex topics simply, without technical jargon, and provides practical examples.
Yes, Sophie gives customized lectures. It prepares content in such a way that it directly matches the client’s industry – e.g. financial services, administration, healthcare or tourism. Participants immediately recognize the connection to their everyday work.
Yes, Sophie gives her presentations in both German and English. This means that international teams or companies with English-speaking employees can also use their expertise.
Yes, Sophie does both. She gives classic keynotes on stage as well as digital presentations via Zoom, MS Teams or other platforms. This makes it easy for distributed teams or international organizations to participate.
Yes, Sophie makes different formats:
Keynote speeches (20-30 minutes) for conferences or management meetings.
Keynotes (45-60 minutes) with in-depth insights.
Workshops or seminars (half or full day) in which the content is developed interactively.
Yes, Sophie does exactly that. One focus of her work is the responsible use of AI. She talks about data protection, ethical issues and explains how companies can use AI safely without underestimating the risks.
Yes, Sophie also gives talks for municipalities, authorities and NGOs. It shows how AI can be used sensibly – e.g. for digital administrative processes or to relieve employees.
Yes, Sophie does both. She speaks at large conferences with hundreds of participants, but also gives keynote speeches to small management teams or supervisory boards. The contents are cut to size.
Yes, Sophie deliberately makes her presentations interactive. She incorporates questions from the audience, shows live examples with ChatGPT and develops small prompts or use cases together with participants. This makes the lecture lively and practical.
Yes, Sophie also gives talks on future topics. It shows how generative AI is changing the world of work and what role humanoid robots could play in the coming years – and what companies can already do today to be prepared.
Yes, Sophie regularly gives talks and workshops for universities, schools and further education institutes. Its aim is to sensitize people of all ages to the critical and responsible use of AI.
Yes, Sophie gives lectures that go beyond pure theory. Participants can try out prompts directly, test examples or reflect together on how AI can be used in their own everyday lives.
Yes, Sophie also makes short-term assignments possible, as long as the schedule permits. However, as she is frequently booked, it is advisable to request lectures in good time.
ChatGPT can help your business by better supporting your customers and responding quickly to their questions and concerns. It can also help improve the efficiency of your customer service department by automatically answering frequently asked questions.
Sophie offers both – depending on your needs:
Individual advice for companies that have specific questions or projects.
Workshops for teams who want to learn the basics or develop new use cases.
Strategy support for organizations that want to integrate AI into processes and communication in the long term.
Yes. In her consultations, Sophie shows you how to structure your website so that ChatGPT & Co. can take over your content more easily. This includes the topic of LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization), also known as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Sophie explains how to prepare content, which structures AI prefers and how you can measure your visibility in AI-supported answers.
The possibilities are manifold, some examples from my practice:
Customer service: Automatic response to recurring requests.
Marketing: Support with texts for social media, newsletters or SEO.
HR & Recruiting: Drafting job advertisements, answering applicants’ questions.
Internal processes: Creation of meeting summaries or support with knowledge management.
Important: Not every application is immediately worthwhile. That’s why we work together to identify which projects deliver the greatest added value.
Yes, Sophie does tailor-made team workshops. She teaches the basics, brings best practices from projects and develops her own use cases together with the team.
Yes, Sophie does that. She is familiar with secure Swiss alternatives such as SwissGPT and advises companies on the use of AI in the Swiss cloud. On request, it can also support the introduction of your own closed AI solutions.
Yes, Sophie does an independent tool evaluation. It recommends solutions to suit the budget, data protection and company goals.
Generative AI refers to algorithms that are able to create independent content such as text, images or music by learning from large amounts of data. It can be used, for example, to automatically create design drafts or generate text. The advantages lie in increased efficiency, scalability and the ability to offer customized solutions. They can also support and accelerate creative processes. The disadvantages are that they require a high-quality data basis and can raise ethical concerns, especially when it comes to replacing human labor. In addition, the quality of the generated content may vary and require human review.

ChatGPT is a large-scale language model based on OpenAI’s GPT 3.5 architecture. It is capable of understanding and producing natural human language and can be used in many different application areas, such as chatbots, text generation, text translation and summarization, question answering and more. ChatGPT is trained by machine learning and uses an enormous corpus of data to generate context-sensitive and creative responses.
Who owns what the AI or ChatGPT produce? What are the ethical and legal considerations? There are still no uniform and clear laws in this area. It is important that the use of Generative AI and tools such as ChatGPT are presented transparently.
Further information on data protection and ethics, gladly in one of my lectures.
