I am Dr. Sophie Hundertmark – lecturer and research assistant at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts at the Institute of Financial Services. In 2025, I successfully completed my doctoral thesis on Fuzzy Conversational Character Computing (FCCC) at the University of Fribourg.
As part of my work as a research assistant, I teach in various CAS, SAS, MAS, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs and am passionate about supervising theses.
In addition, I regularly publish articles and studies on topics such as conversational AI, generative AI, AI visibility (LLMO and GAIO) and ethics in the use of AI.
In my research, I combine science and practice and give companies and students concrete insights into how AI can be used sensibly and responsibly.
