Chatbots in the customer journey – an online workshop

Do you want to make a tangible difference in the interaction with your customers?
Do you want to use technology optimally along the customer journey?

 

In this breakfast workshop, you will learn how to integrate chatbots into the customer journey in a targeted manner.

 

Dr. Sarah Seyr holds a doctorate in psychology and focuses on customer experience (CX) in her projects.

Together with Sophie Hundertmark, she shows how chatbots can be used at exactly the right points along the customer decision chain.
Only if the chatbots are used in a targeted manner and, above all, are linked to other touch points, can you exploit the potential of the small digital assistants.

After a brief introduction to the topic of customer journeys with a critical look at current technologies, you will learn where and for which use cases chatbots should be used in particular.

You will learn what added value the chatbots offer in the respective areas and also when it makes no sense to use bots in communication.

You will learn how to track chatbots throughout the entire journey and be shown the most important tools for this.

 

We will then develop the journey for a selected use case together and put what we have learned directly into practice.

 

In addition to coffee and croissants, there will be plenty of time for discussions with other chatbot and CX enthusiasts.
