Chatbots don’t always have to be on the website, they can also be integrated directly into an app or computer program.

In this breakfast webinar, you will learn more about the use of chatbots in applications.

Typical use cases for chatbots in apps are

• Digital assistant to explain the most important functions (remember the Microsoft bracket?)
• Chatbot in freemium apps to alert users to an upgrade
• Chatbot that assists the user with questions, especially for complex apps.
