Chatbots don’t always have to be on the website, they can also be integrated directly into an app or computer program.
In this breakfast webinar, you will learn more about the use of chatbots in applications.
Typical use cases for chatbots in apps are
- Digital assistant to explain the most important functions (remember the Microsoft bracket?)
- Chatbot in freemium apps to alert users to an upgrade
- Chatbot that assists the user with questions, especially for complex apps.

I am leading this workshop together with Philip Schönholzer. He has a master’s degree in HCID (requirements management, design and usability) and is co-founder of Apptiva and Botfabrik. Philip led the development of apps and chatbots for Suva, Roche and Globus, among others.
