In this two-day workshop, I cordially invite you to join us (me and aiaibot) in building a chatbot for your own website.
We show you possible applications and success stories of chatbots and also point out when it makes no sense to use a chatbot.
We explain how to create a successful chatbot concept and support you in developing your own concept for you or your company.
And then we take away your fear of chatbot implementation. Thanks to tools such as aiaibot, almost anyone can now “develop” a chatbot.
We guide you through the tool and support you with the implementation of your chatbot concept through to the productive chatbot.
At the end, each participant has their own chatbot on their website.
We will also show you how you can keep an eye on the success of your chatbot in the future and how you can make individual adjustments if necessary.
As a participant in this course, you will receive the license fees from aiaibot for 3 months free of charge.

1st day (05.02.2020)
09:00 – Arrival, introduction and croissants
09:30 – Introduction to the topic of chatbots
10:30 – Coffee break
10:15 – How a chatbot concept is created
11:30 – Brainstorming use cases (everyone by themselves)
12:30 – Lunch
13:30 – Discussion of the individual use cases
14:30 – Concept creation incl. Designing the dialog (each individual)
17:00 – End of the 1st day
2nd day (06.02.2020)
09:00 – Arrival and croissants
09:15 – Finalization of the chatbot concepts (everyone by themselves)
10:15 – Coffee break
10:30 – Introduction to the chatbot tool
11:30 – Start building chatbot (everyone by themselves)
12:30 – Lunch
13:30 – Continue building chatbot
16:30 – Presentation of the finished chatbots
17:00 – End of the 2nd day
Prerequisites:
Each participant should bring their own laptop.
There are no further requirements.
