CHATBOT
REVIEW

External expert assessment

Whether chatbot or voicebot - a review is worthwhile!

Do you think that your bot project is ready to present the new digital assistant to your customers? You have integrated the majority of the necessary intents and training sets in the bot and the answers are ready?

Then an external review by the expert Sophie is often worthwhile at this point.

Your bot is already online? A review is still helpful!

Is your chatbot or voicebot already online and chatting with customers? Great, then first of all congratulations on your bot!

A review is also worthwhile for bots that are already online. In addition to the texts, training sets and intents, the review can even include initial usage figures and figures on dialog cancellations. As an internal bot team, it is often difficult to discover optimizations and adjustments yourself. The view of an expert like Sophie can be very helpful here.

What awaits your bot in the review

In principle, each review is of course unique and depends on the customer and the objectives of the bot project. In general, however, the following questions are in the foreground:

  • Does the message greeting fit and are the right expectations raised?
  • Does the bot understand the most frequently requested intents – regardless of how users ask their questions?
  • Can the bot deal with spelling mistakes, command forms and  one-word utterances?
  • Does the bot provide the user with the necessary assistance required for successful communication?
  • Does the bot pursue the company’s goals with its dialogues (e.g. conversion optimization)?
  • Are important call-to-actions integrated in the bot?
  • Does the bot tonality match the target group and company?
  • Does the conclusion and the farewell fit the entire bot?

Scope and costs

As a rule, a bot review takes between 1 and 5 days. Of course, this depends on the scope of the bot and your requirements for the scope of the review.

It is important that Sophie documents her results and also presents and explains them in a call or meeting. And if desired, Sophie will of course also lend a hand with the actual implementation of the optimizations.
