1.5 hours of exchange on the topic of chatbots
This digital networking round is primarily aimed at anyone who has already had initial experience with chatbots and would like to share this with others (experts). These can be interested parties on the part of providers or companies that already use bots.
In this digital round you have the chance to get to know other chatbot fans from the entire DACH region virtually and exchange your knowledge.
This time, in addition to the general exchange, I invited Florian Nägele from Helvetia Insurance for a short input session:
“I would like to talk to the participants about critical success factors that need to be addressed in order to develop chatbots from a “nice” offer on a company website into THE central starting point of customer service. I will provide a brief input on this and then hope to get to know your views.

I (Sophie Hundertmark) will host the meeting and ensure that everything runs smoothly. BUT of course I will also be sharing my experience in the chatbot area and will probably have one or two questions for the panel.
