The day is there for everyone to work on their own chatbot topics and benefit from the experience of others. Or if you are already an expert, you can pass on your knowledge to other chatbot enthusiasts and thus strengthen the chatbot world.

8:30 – Arrive, get a coffee and look for a workplace
9:15 – Welcome and input talk by Sophie Hundertmark
9:30 – Everyone works on their chatbot project or exchanges ideas with other interested parties in the café corner

12:00 – Lunch (everyone pays for themselves)
13:00 – 2nd round “Working on the chatbot and networking”

The Input Talks
The input talks last approx. 10 – 15 minutes and take place throughout the day. Anyone who likes can listen. Those who prefer to “build chatbots” individually can also do so.
9:30 – Building chatbots with and without AI
Albert Hundertmark shows how chatbots can be implemented without programming knowledge and how they can generate great added value.
11:00 – Chatbots in the HR department
Florian Schrodt (Personnel Marketing VBZ) reports on his chatbot project in recruiting and shows what is important in chatbot project management.
14:00 – From chatbot to voicebot: structure and transformation
Dominic Spalinger (Product Owner at PostFinance) shows the challenges that can arise during the transformation from text to voicebot.
15:30 – Evaluate chatbots
Michael Görög (Collaboard App) shows how he evaluated the KPIs of his lead bot and further optimized the chatbot as a result.
