When planning and introducing chatbots or voicebots, it is advisable to select a technology partner who has knowledge and experience in the area of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ChatGPT API.
In recent months, more and more providers have come onto the market that use the ChatGPT API or other large language models.
Currently, the number of providers in German-speaking countries is still manageable. While some providers already have well-known references, others have only carried out initial internal tests.
Of course, I don’t know all the providers myself and it’s probably almost impossible to compile a complete list of all possible providers and their functions. Nevertheless, in one of my last posts I attempted to provide an initial overview of providers and now regularly update this list. This article is the second version of the list. The new list contains four more providers and a few small updates to the previous providers.
The providers of the first version
The following providers were compared in this article and in the supplementary report for download:
- DialogBits
- Enterprisebot
- Paretoblabs
- BubbleChat
- Kore.ai
- PlaynVoice
New: The providers of the second version (July 2023)
The following providers were added in July:
- Parloa
- USU
- Four
- OMQ
All providers come from Germany.
OMQ is the provider that has been focusing on the automation of text messages for years. These can be e-mails or chat conversations. Parloa, on the other hand, is known from the field of automated telephony.
USU also shows time and again that chatbots can also be used internally and not just in customer service. Four, on the other hand, focuses on use cases from customer service and call centers.
You can find more information on the individual providers in my original article on comparing providers.
