You will get to know the typical use cases of chatbots and learn directly what you need to pay attention to when creating chatbot dialogs – everything for a successful chatbot!
In addition to an introduction to the topic, Patrick Hummel, UX designer at aiaibot, will show you how you can build your own chatbot in just one hour using simple chatbot software like aiaibot and integrate it directly into your website. After these two impulses, it’s “hands-on”! Together with Sophie Hundertmark and the aiaibot team, who will support you and answer your questions, you will build your chatbot:
