How do I find the right AI tools?
The selection of AI tools is already vast and new tools are being added every day. Here are a few initial tips on how to get started with AI tools.
1. relearn familiar tools
Tools such as Canva, Podigee, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp or WordPress also offer extensions with Generative AI or ChatGPT in addition to the classic functions. A first step towards the in-depth use of AI tools in marketing and customer service can therefore be to find out about the AI functions of your existing tools. The advantage of this is that you don’t have to buy new tools immediately and your data is already available in the AI tools. In some cases, however, this may mean that you have to extend existing licenses. In the AI masterclass, we will also show AI functions of well-known tools from marketing and customer service.
2. uses trial licenses
Most AI tools offer trial subscriptions that are either completely free or can be canceled after 30 days. Use these types of subscriptions to avoid tying yourself to too many new tools from the outset. Even if they are often only small amounts, they quickly add up.
