This collection of prompts helps you to use AI specifically and efficiently in your day-to-day work. You can use the prompts to:
Artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity is now an integral part of everyday working life for many companies, freelancers and specialists. Nevertheless, the results often fall short of expectations. The reason for this is almost always the same: unclear or poorly structured prompts.
These AI prompts have been specially developed to deliver practical, reproducible and high-quality results.
In contrast to generic AI prompts from the Internet, these templates:
Logically structured and clearly laid out
Modularly adaptable for different contexts
formulated in such a way that the AI thinks, analyzes and prioritizes in a targeted manner
Can be used immediately for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and comparable AI tools
You don’t get one-liners, but well thought-out work instructions for AI systems.
This prompt collection will help you:
achieve better AI results faster
standardize recurring tasks
structure thought and work processes
Using AI strategically instead of randomly
For companies and the self-employed in particular, this means less time spent, better results and clearer decisions.
I am a researcher and lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and am doing my doctorate in Conversational AI at the University of Fribourg. I have been supporting companies with the introduction of AI systems for years – with a focus on strategies, ethics and acceptance in everyday life. The Weekly Prompt List is a structured collection of tried-and-tested AI prompts that cover real-life use cases from everyday life, business, school and further education. Each prompt is formulated in such a way that it can be copied directly into tools such as ChatGPT or comparable AI systems and used immediately.
The prompts are aimed at self-employed people, entrepreneurs, teachers, parents, students and anyone who wants to use AI productively in German-speaking countries. People who don’t have time to develop perfect prompts themselves but still want to achieve high-quality AI results will benefit in particular.
No. The Weekly Prompts are structured in such a way that they also work without prior technical knowledge. Many prompts explicitly explain their role, approach and objectives to the AI, so that even beginners can quickly achieve good results.
The prompts are primarily optimized for ChatGPT, but also work with other modern AI systems such as Gemini or comparable large language models. You can use the prompts flexibly in various AI tools without having to customize them.
The Weekly Prompts are available in German and Italian. However, the prompts are formulated in such a way that they can, in principle, be used in any language.
The Weekly Prompt Library covers the following areas, among others:
Business & Productivity
Marketing & content creation
Learning, school & didactics
Research & Analysis
Creativity & idea development
Everyday life, organization & decisions
This makes the collection suitable for both professional and private applications.
All prompts have been developed with practical relevance and tested in real-life situations. They are not theoretical, but designed to provide you with concrete results – for example, structured texts, learning plans, bases for decision-making or creative ideas.
No – on the contrary. Many prompts are deliberately designed to encourage thinking, reflection and decision-making. Particularly in the context of education and learning, they aim to make one’s own thought process visible and not simply provide ready-made answers.
After purchase, you will receive direct access to the complete prompt collection in a structured form. You can use the prompts immediately, search them and integrate them into your daily work routine – without any setup or technical hurdles.
Explanations, examples, tasks, tools and best practices for the responsible use of AI in everyday family, parent and child life.

The book Generative AI for Companies is a specialist book that is written primarily from the perspective of a business economist. It mainly deals with economic and interpersonal aspects of the use of Generative AI. Nevertheless, the textbook on Generative AI in the company also includes a chapter on the technical functioning of artificial intelligence, large language models and generative AI. This basic knowledge is important in order to be able to properly assess the extent of the new technological developments.
To make the reader even more excited about the use of Generative AI, a large number of Generative AI tools are presented at the end of the 200-page reference book and their possible applications are described. Readers also receive information on the pricing and subscription model of the individual tools.
We worked together with a lawyer to answer (data protection) legal questions. Martin Steiger not only answered important questions, but also wrote a guest article in which he clearly explains both the background to data protection and the current developments regarding the EU AI Act.
Practical examples from companies that have already successfully introduced Generative AI are an important part of the book. Companies report on their experiences in a wide variety of generative AI projects.
The practical examples are supplemented by templates and guidelines, which readers can download free of charge from the Internet (link and password in the appendix of the book).
